1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Project 66 Inc., a Delaware corporation that makes Trellan (“we”, “us”), for your use of Trellan’s websites, apps, waitlist and services (the “Service”). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Trellan for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that company.
2. What Trellan is
Trellan reads your business’s public website, learns your offer, your buyers and your voice, and writes and designs posts for your personal profile and your business page across social platforms, each built for a stage of your sales funnel. You can edit posts by typing or by voice, approve them, and, where a platform allows it, have Trellan publish them and show you how they perform.
Trellan opens as a private beta on December 1, 2026 (1,000 places) and in early access on January 1, 2027 (limited places). Features will change, some may be added or removed, and there may be bugs or interruptions. Places in the private beta and early access are limited and given as described on our site.
3. Who can use Trellan
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Trellan is for business and professional use.
- Give us accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can invite people to your workspace; you’re responsible for their use of it.
4. Your content
You own it. You let us use it only to run Trellan for you.
“Your content” means everything you give Trellan (your website address, text, photos, videos, logos, voice notes and instructions) and the posts Trellan creates for you. You own your content. You give Project 66 Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, adapt and display your content, and to publish it where you tell us to, only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that are already published at your request. We don’t use your content to train AI models.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you give us, including permission from any person who appears or speaks in your photos, videos or voice notes, and that your content doesn’t break the law or anyone’s rights.
5. AI-generated posts
- Trellan uses artificial intelligence to write and design posts. AI can make mistakes: it may state something inaccurate, misread your website, or produce something similar to existing content.
- You review every post before you approve it, and you’re responsible for what you choose to publish, including facts, claims, offers, prices, and any required disclosures (for example for sponsored content).
- Between you and us, posts Trellan creates for you are your content. Because AI can create similar content for others, we can’t promise a post is unique.
6. Connected platforms
- When you connect LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube or X, you authorise Trellan to act on that account within the permissions you approve. You must follow each platform’s own terms and policies.
- YouTube: Trellan uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Trellan publishes a post only after you approve it. Connecting an account is not permission to post. Before publishing to TikTok you also choose the post’s privacy and interaction settings.
- Platforms are run by other companies. They may change or limit their features, delay or reject posts, or end our access. We’re not responsible for the platforms, for how they display or rank your content, or for results such as reach or sales.
- You can disconnect any account at any time in Trellan or in the platform’s settings.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Trellan to: break any law or anyone’s rights; publish content that is misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent; impersonate anyone or misstate your relationship with a business; send spam, or publish the same or nearly the same content across many accounts to manipulate a platform; break any platform’s rules; upload malware or interfere with the Service; scrape, copy or resell the Service; or try to get around our limits, security or pricing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Plans, prices and billing
- Plans. Essential is US$129 a month. Pro is US$299 a month. Premium Production is US$599 a month. What each includes is shown on our site when you choose.
- Founding offer. If you join a plan by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2026, you pay the founding price shown when you subscribe. The first paid places in the private beta are about half price: US$64.50 a month for Essential, US$149 a month for Pro, or US$299.50 a month for Premium Production. When those places are taken, the founding discount steps down to 40% off, then 30% off, then 20% off, for the places that follow, with access from January 1, 2027. The price and discount you get are shown before you pay. We’ll tell you how long your founding price lasts before December 31, 2026. It won’t change without the 30 days’ notice below.
- Paying before your access opens. You’re charged when you subscribe. Your access starts on the date shown when you pay: December 1, 2026 for the private beta, or January 1, 2027 for early access.
- Referral board winners get their first week of Essential free under the Referral board rules. No payment is taken until you choose a plan.
- Payment. You’re charged when you subscribe, and then automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Stripe may show you the amount in your local currency with its own exchange rate. Taxes are added where required.
- Price changes. If your price is going to change, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your account until it’s paid.
- Add-ons. Extra posts or videos you buy are shown with their price before you pay.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime online at trellan.ca/billing (sign in with the email you subscribed with) or by emailing hello@project66inc.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Apart from the guarantee below, payments aren’t refunded for partial months.
10. 7-day money-back guarantee
If Trellan isn’t for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full and cancel your subscription. If you paid before your access opened, the 7 days start on the day your access opens. To ask, email hello@project66inc.com from the email you subscribed with. We refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of your first subscription. We may decline refunds in cases of fraud or abuse of the guarantee. This doesn’t affect any refund rights you have by law.
11. Waitlist and referral board
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to buy. Your place in line, the private beta, early access and the referral board work as described on our site and in the Referral board rules.
12. Our rights
Trellan, its software, design, brand and everything we create to run it (other than your content) belong to Project 66 Inc. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms while your account is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
13. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Trellan and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don’t pay, create risk for others, or if we must by law. We’ll give notice where reasonable. If we stop offering Trellan altogether, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before and refund any prepaid amount for time after it ends. After your account ends, you can ask for a copy of your content within 30 days (except data from platforms whose terms don’t allow it to be exported); then we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
We work hard to make Trellan excellent, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that using Trellan will bring any particular number of followers, leads or sales.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you haven’t paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.
You’ll be responsible for, and will cover us against, claims arising from your content or from your breach of these terms or of a platform’s rules.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware will decide any dispute, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to go to your local courts or to the protection of your local law. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly by email.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Trellan changes. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you at least 14 days before it takes effect, by email or in the app. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then. Continuing to use Trellan after that means you accept the new terms.
